Matthew 5:16 - "let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Jesus calls his people to love their neighbour and care for those in need. Of course there are many ways to express such love and care, but it may be helpful to know that this year, Christ Church will be particularly involved with the following local initiatives:

• Visiting and supporting the elderly – within our congregation, and befriending individuals across our city.

• The Besom – provides a wide variety of opportunities for teams of people to help others in the community in practical ways, such as gardening, tidying and decorating.

• Cambridge Churches Homeless Project
